We had a kinda boring 4th this year. We were going to do all this fun stuff but it was either to early in the morning or there were to many people. So we went swimming and went to a couple of BBQs. Zoey loved the pool! She would have stayed in the water all day long if we let her. She is tall enough now that she can stand in the big kid part of the pool, she was very excited about that. She is getting to big if you ask us!

Saturday night we were able to just sit in our front yard to watch the cities fireworks. They were really pretty and lasted FOREVER! Zoey loved them and wanted to do fireworks herself but for some reason Dustin didn't go get any good ones this year. So we just went and got her some sparklers. We thought it would be like it was last year, she was terrified of them so Dustin and I did them all, but she couldn't get enough of them! She is also a very good multitasker, she can hula hoop, hold sparklers, and walk at the same time. She was very very proud of herself (so were we)!
