As we were getting ready for bed last night and Miss Z told me that her tooth was really loose and she just wanted it out (She had been working on getting it loose for about a week and a half). She knew it would hurt a little and there would be a little blood but she didn't care. So I tied a string around it and pulled. The tooth didn't come all the way out, and when I looked at Zoey she had this look of I changed my mind. I told her I was just going to pull one more time and then her tooth would be all the way out. So I did and the tooth came out. Zoey was laugh-crying (if there is such a thing), then she tasted the blood and looked like she was going to throw up. She rinsed her mouth fast and then was super happy after that!! She couldn't wait for the tooth fairy to come visit!
This is our "tooth pillow". When I was a kid we had one of these pillows and you put your tooth in the pocket and then the tooth fairy leaves money in the pocket. My Grandma made all the grand kids one this last Christmas!
The morning after the tooth fairy came. Zoey got $1.50, lucky girl!
